Rest Assured

Dan 2:44-45 (THE MESSAGE)

"But throughout the history of these kingdoms, the God of heaven will be building a kingdom that will never be destroyed, nor will this kingdom ever fall under the domination of another. In the end it will crush the other kingdoms and finish them off and come through it all standing strong and eternal. It will be like the stone cut from the mountain by the invisible hand that crushed the iron, the bronze, the ceramic, the silver, and the gold.

"The great God has let the king know what will happen in the years to come. This is an accurate telling of the dream, and the interpretation is also accurate."


God’s kingdom will never be destroyed. If you are upset by threats of war and the prosperity of evil leaders, remember that God, not world leaders, decides the outcome of history. Under God’s protection, God’s kingdom is indestructible. Those who believe in God are members of his kingdom and are secure in him.

With All the stuff that's going on in the world today, we can be encouraged in this scripture. God was and is in control and as a child of God we can rest assure, if we follow His commandments, seek His glory and stand firm in our faith, we will be victorious with Him in eternity.
